ABOUT CAPPAGH HOSPITAL FOUNDATION

Established in *, Cappagh Hospital Foundation
raises funds for the National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh’s (NOHC)
development, research, education, teaching, training and the provision
of strategic patient support programmes to meet patients’ needs and
improve lives.

Our amazing supporters enable a number of key projects which have a
positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cappagh Hospital Foundation is seeking a passionate and experienced
person to lead and grow the Foundation in its mission to raise funds
for the National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh’s development,
research, education, teaching, training and the provision of strategic
patient support programmes to meet patients’ needs and improve
lives. Reporting directly to the Board, this is a unique opportunity
to lead on delivering the existing fundraising strategy, developing
future strategic goals and leading the growth and profile of the
organisation. This is an exceptional opportunity to have a real impact
in this highly respected healthcare facility.

The Director of Development will design and execute ambitious growth
plans for the organisation, across a number of income streams. They
will work closely with the Board and existing small team to drive
brand awareness and to raise the profile of the organisation and to
build key relationships with our supporters and stakeholders.
